Your questions about Jobs at Fronius

Once we have received your application, it will be examined in detail by our HR specialists. You will hear back from us once this process is complete. Since we know that every application involves a lot of hope and effort, we strive to provide timely feedback.

You are not sure whether we have received your application? Don't worry - when you apply via the Workday Job Board on our website, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.

We want you to find your way around quickly and to feel comfortable in your new team. That's why you have a mentor at your side from day one who supports you comprehensively.

You will receive comprehensive training from all departments, as part of your initial onboarding  process we offer a company tour. You will spend time getting to know your colleagues, our company values, our three business units and departments. It will be ensured that at the end of your induction you will have a good foundation to work on your role. You will also receive comprehensive IT set-up and cyber security training. 

Onboarding at Fronius is a continuous process and our HR and Management teams' doors are always open for any questions throughout your entire journey with us.

Ongoing training and development is very important to us and you can benefit from job specific workshops and training courses both in-house and at our Head Office at Fronius International, Austria.

We also offer the opportunity to pursue external job specific courses. Many of our current employees have worked across all three of our business units and taken opportunities to transfer within departments as well as to other subsidiaries worldwide.

We also support the all-round development of our employees through their participation in various Fronius world-wide projects.
